Riga Technical Universityhas become a partner of a three-year project OIKOnet, whose purpose is tocreate an international platform of collaboration to study contemporary housingfrom a multidisciplinary and global perspective. Faculty of Architecture andUrban Planning is representing the RTU in the project. A total of 34 organizationsfrom 29 countries in Europe and around the world are part of this network. OIKOnetis a follow-up of the previous OIKODOMOS Virtual Campus (www.oikodomos.org) projectwhich was carried out during 2007-2011 with financial support from theEuropean Union.
