The SPLASH project includes a Train-The-Trainer (TTT) component, which targets a different audience of trainers and has no previous experience with EIT Urban Mobility projects. The TTT targets educators from the following actors of the local ecosystem: the Regional Technology Transfer System Organisation, which involves 27 partners (science and technology parks, incubators, universities, etc.), university researchers and PhD students who did not participate in FUSE, Fundação Eugénio de Almeida - FEA, which works on social entrepreneurship, and local NGOs: Terras Dentro (Alcaçovas), AMBIOSPT (Coruche). |

Train-The-Trainer (TTT) - 4 workshops, comprising a total of 12 hours of tutor-led training and 24 hours of self-study: Workshop 1: Understanding the startup ecosystem; Workshop 2: Generating and testing ideas; Workshop 3: Business Model and Planning; Workshop 4: Proposing and securing funding. Interviews with academia, industry and government aimed at identifying challenges, opportunities and resources in the RIS region. Workshops and focus groups with local stakeholders to identify key priorities and needs of the RIS region in relation to the project objectives |
