Applications for Autumn semester open in May, for Spring semester in November. 

We have a variety of options available with a price range from 211.00 EUR a month to 477.00 EUR a month. 

A security deposit of 200 EUR is required upon booking registration. The invoice will be issued once the booking is confirmed.

Yes, if you extend your agreement before the summer break.

Utility bills, such as water and heating are included in your monthly rent. There are some additional amenities which you can add to your stay for some extra charges: a small fridge (8.00 EUR/month), washing machine use (prices vary), vacuum cleaner (1.50 EUR/hour), linens 17 EUR.

Yes, after receiving confirmation from the accommodation management and covering the extra charges.
