To request your security deposit after moving out of the dormitories:
*If you are NOT the account holder, please complete the Friend request form electronically, sign it by hand, and submit it along with your Refund Request form.
Deposits will be refunded if the student fulfils all contractual obligations and the room matches the condition described in the inventory of fixtures recorded when the student moved in.
Refunds will be processed after the Tenancy Agreement is terminated and the request form has been submitted. The reimbursement will be transferred to the student’s account within one month of their departure.
